Dr. Dia Pfleger is a seasoned Human Capital Advisor, specializing in organizational design and development. She is the Chief Executive Officer, a scholar-practitioner, professor, speaker, and former Chief Human Resource Officer/Chief People Officer. With a calm, holistic, and approachable style, Dr. Pfleger skillfully navigates complex topics in industrial and organizational psychology, offering practical insights with empathy and ease.

An accomplished clinician and researcher in alternative medicine, Dr. Pfleger focuses on health disparities and social determinants affecting Black and Brown communities. Her current research centers on PTSD and mental illness, exploring their global impact. Having lived in Spain and Portugal, her global perspective enhances her work and approach. As a woman of color and a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Pfleger offers a unique and insightful perspective that empowers leaders to create meaningful, sustainable change within their organizations.
